KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide test and manufacturing support for microelectronics, MEMS inertial, magnetic and pressure sensor products at the Honeywell Plymouth, MN facility.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, track product health trends, and drive yield improvements. Statistically analyze data to help evaluate and qualify process and product changes.
• Investigate the root cause of technical issues, contain problems to protect customers, and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist development of new products and processes.
• Support preventative maintenance plans and capital equipment planning to maintain and achieve factory capacity and efficient product flow. Help execute the factory's annual operating plan and future factory needs.
