Position Summary:
The Project Engineer will support the R&D Product Engineering function, focusing on both the development of new oral care products and the maintenance, improvement, and updates of existing product lines. Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and launch of new oral care products from concept through commercialization, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and drive product innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in product development, preferably within the consumer goods or oral care industry.
Solid understanding of product design and development processes, including prototype development, testing, and iteration.
Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including injection molding, assembly, and packaging.
Experience with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) and design documentation.
