Your Skills and Background:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
4+ years of experience with on-site troubleshooting including common business software, networking, servers, backup and hardware issues
Familiar with ticketing and remote monitoring software·
Ability to manage long-term projects both individually and with a team
IT certifications in Microsoft and Networking technologies (preferred)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Patience to deal with difficult people and situations
Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with

What You Will Do
Manage IT projects such as networking equipment installs, onboarding new managed partners, and implementing our systems management and security solutions.
Travel to partner sites to install hardware, troubleshoot known problems, and engineer lasting solutions.
Be familiar with 0365, Azure, various network hardware technologies.
Intermediate knowledge of end-point management technologies, ie. Intune and RMM solutions.
Provide backup basic and advanced level IT tech support to our partners through overflow phone calls and tickets
Serve as a point of escalation for service delivery engineers
Be able to work with the sales team on scoping new projects.
Maintain key project success team metrics
Choose an area you are passionate about (Documentation, VoIP, RMM, etc.) and establish a way you can provide continued value to this area (lead a committee, be the assigned application engineer, etc.)
Thoroughly document project progress and communicate with the team
Work with vendors to onboard partners and resolve challenges
Use your knowledge and expertise to continually improve processes and partner experience
