Responsibilities:

Develop project timelines, maintain schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist with completing projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate the design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously.
Prepare designs and permit applications to acquire land use approvals.
Present projects at public meetings/hearings, answering technical and land use questions.
Work with team to develop detailed technical proposals and refine and improve internal processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (Civil or Environmental) from an accredited four-year college or university.
2+ years of experience designing and permitting projects involving land development or land use permitting.
Experience with stormwater management plans, erosion & sediment control design calculations and permitting (NPDES) in PA and/or surrounding states.
Reasonably proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and MS Project or equivalent project scheduling software.
