The Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our core product while mentoring junior engineers.
Role Overview:
As the Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to the end-to-end development of our platform. This includes both front-end and back-end development, as well as implementing AI-driven features, and architecting scalable solutions. You'll also provide hands-on coding expertise while helping guide and mentor a small team of three entry-level software engineers. You will be instrumental in building the product's technical foundation, ensuring the system is robust, scalable, and optimized for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development: Architect, build, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of the AI-powered search engine platform, including key features such as the agentic booking system.
Develop AI Features: Collaborate with the product teams to integrate machine learning models and natural language processing tools into the search engine and booking system.
Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support 3 entry-level engineers by helping them navigate technical challenges, reviewing their code, and providing continuous feedback on best practices.
Code Reviews: Ensure high-quality code by conducting thorough reviews, sharing knowledge, and promoting best practices for writing clean, maintainable code.
Architect Scalable Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance back-end systems, databases, and APIs that can handle growing user demand and data complexity.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design) to deliver features that meet business goals and improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
3 to 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Solid experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, Python (Flask/Django), or Ruby on Rails.
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and how to integrate them into production systems (e.g., experience with NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks).
