We have developed an atlas of CAR-T cells using single-cell data from internal and external sources. This atlas provides a detailed understanding of CAR-T cell phenotypes, enriched signaling pathways, and their specific roles within the transduced T-cell population. The goal of this project is to develop a robust pipeline that incorporates quality control (QC) for query data and compare query data with reference data, such as Seurat label transferring method. This comparison will help estimate whether the query data is suitable for projection onto CAR-T single cell reference dataset. Additionally, the project will involve the development of a visualization tool to display QC results and projected cell type results, including mapping scores and projection scores. The tool will also visualize how cell types appear on both de novo UMAP and reference UMAP. This project aims to enhance the accuracy and reproducibility of cell type annotations by addressing dataset imbalances, detecting incompatibilities, and assessing cluster heterogeneity.
Key Responsibilities
* Pipeline Development for Data Quality Control:
* Design and implement an automated pipeline to perform QC on cell type annotation in query data after the label transfer step. This pipeline will systematically evaluate the accuracy and compatibility of transferred annotations, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.

* Estimate the suitability of the query data for projection onto the reference dataset.

Essential Functions
Develop curriculum for an Associate of Applied Science in EMS Paramedicine Degree for an EMS Paramedic Program to include an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) pathway
Support program development by outlining program requirements, establishing end of program goals, timelines for program completion, and facilitating accreditation requirements. In compliance with industry standards of practice as it relates to curriculum and program planning.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification

This is a paid internship; you will generally work 40 hours per week for a period of 17 weeks during the summer. This position is non-safety sensitive.

* Legal, Finance and Company Presidents.

* Works closely with customers and senior-level developers to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design and development of quality/cost effective technical solutions.
* Ensures delivery of high-quality software by writing clean code and utilizing unit test, continuous integration and code reviews.
* Responsibilities may include participation in component and architecture design, performance monitoring and product evaluation.
* Work with the software development team to meet deliverables. You will receive guidance from a platform developer throughout the project work.
* Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
What we need from you:
* Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
* Knowledge and proficiency in web development technologies like Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
* Basic understanding and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems.
* Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
