Position Summary:
Employees in this position assist Production Supervision with coordination of work assignments, execute the daily run of their areas, and are accountable for achieving/reporting out established production metrics. Production Leads also support Production Supervision in identifying and implementing Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties:

• Executes training and development of existing workforce; can conduct training for all product lines. Completes training certification within Dozuki.
• Handles new production employee safety training.

Production Operator
Production Worker Job In Springboro, OH
3rd Shift (11pm-7:30am): 4 openings
Overtime and Saturday work may be required
The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.
Responsibilities
Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals.
Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Perform Preventive maintenance activities to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Support Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) activities.
Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines.
Participate when required in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and work instruction reviews.
Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction and efficiency improvements).
Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
Adhere to federal and state regulations.
Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Predictable and reliable attendance.
Position Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Preferred manufacturing experience.
Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.
Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
Able to work in a team environment.
