**Job Summary:**
The Print and Mail Service Representative will be required to cover different customer accounts supporting the print production department performing tasks such as mail sorting/delivering mail, operating basic print equipment and maintaining reporting logs.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Operate office / production equipment (print, mail functions).
+ Handle high volume folding and inserting mail equipment.

Game Day Execution:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately performs warehousing tasks following DC Water processes and procedures.
Passes on to other workers the instructions received from the Supervisor. Works along with the Warehouse Workers and sets the pace. Demonstrates proper work methods. Sees to it that needed materials, tools, and equipment are available. Obtains needed information or decisions from the Supervisor on problems that come up during the work. Sees to it that there is enough work to keep everyone in the work group busy. Checks work while in progress and when finished to see whether the Supervisor's instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met. Assures that safety and housekeeping rules are followed. Reports to the Supervisor on status and progress of work, and causes of work delays. Refers employee non-compliance, complaints, and issues to the Supervisor.
Receives and inspects incoming items from vendors and contractors and verifies against purchase orders. Stores items received for inventory in its proper location in the warehouse and enters data in the Maximo Work Order System.
Performs picking and packing of stock items for work orders. Performs staging of stocked and non-stocked items by work order. Issues materials to work orders at time of transfer.
Uses handheld and desktop computers for data entry ensuring accurate, complete and timely data entry.
Performs a physical inventory count on all scheduled inventory items and enters results into the system. Conducts year-end physical inventory and regular cycle counting. Assists in the verification and reconciliation of discrepancies during the physical inventory.
Unloads materials from trucks and trailers. Loads trucks and trailers for shipment and delivery.
Loads, transports, and delivers items between warehouses and end user locations, and on emergency/expedited basis pick-up items from suppliers and delivers items to maintenance work crews.
Operates all warehouse equipment (including cranes) to load and transport materials to Authority's customers and vendors when necessary.
Inspects, maintains facilities equipment, and reports any safety findings to the supervisor. Complies with applicable safety rules and regulations.
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
Prepares accident and incident reports. Prepares accurate and descriptive daily work reports.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of the Supervisor, Warehouse Operations.
Incumbent is subject to being placed on call during hours and on schedules identified by the Authority and may be required to work overtime during emergencies.

Job Summary:
The Print and Mail Service Representative will be required to cover different customer accounts supporting the print production department performing tasks such as mail sorting/delivering mail, operating basic print equipment and maintaining reporting logs.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Operate office / production equipment (print, mail functions).
* Handle high volume folding and inserting mail equipment.
* Utilize standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers).
* Perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run.
* Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.
* Provide excellent customer service skills and fulfil intermediate contracted customer requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing, sending and receiving emails, managing files, and performing data entry.
* Ability to learn multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when main operator(s) are out of the office.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.

Role Description:
The Warehouse Worker Leader is responsible for performing warehouse materials handling and system data entry tasks maintaining productivity and accuracy standards as established by DC Water; performing general warehouse duties of receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping; and performing pick-up and delivery of parts and/or materials between warehouses, from suppliers, and to maintenance and service work crews. Responsible to the Supervisor for assuring that the work assignments of the group are carried out. Performs the work of the group.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Accurately performs warehousing tasks following DC Water processes and procedures.
* Passes on to other workers the instructions received from the Supervisor. Works along with the Warehouse Workers and sets the pace. Demonstrates proper work methods. Sees to it that needed materials, tools, and equipment are available. Obtains needed information or decisions from the Supervisor on problems that come up during the work. Sees to it that there is enough work to keep everyone in the work group busy. Checks work while in progress and when finished to see whether the Supervisor's instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines have been met. Assures that safety and housekeeping rules are followed. Reports to the Supervisor on status and progress of work, and causes of work delays. Refers employee non-compliance, complaints, and issues to the Supervisor.
* Receives and inspects incoming items from vendors and contractors and verifies against purchase orders. Stores items received for inventory in its proper location in the warehouse and enters data in the Maximo Work Order System.
* Performs picking and packing of stock items for work orders. Performs staging of stocked and non-stocked items by work order. Issues materials to work orders at time of transfer.
* Uses handheld and desktop computers for data entry ensuring accurate, complete and timely data entry.
* Performs a physical inventory count on all scheduled inventory items and enters results into the system. Conducts year-end physical inventory and regular cycle counting. Assists in the verification and reconciliation of discrepancies during the physical inventory.
* Unloads materials from trucks and trailers. Loads trucks and trailers for shipment and delivery.
* Loads, transports, and delivers items between warehouses and end user locations, and on emergency/expedited basis pick-up items from suppliers and delivers items to maintenance work crews.
* Operates all warehouse equipment (including cranes) to load and transport materials to Authority's customers and vendors when necessary.
