A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $18.40 - $22.98/Hour. EXPECTED AVAILABILITY
Part-time status requires availability that meets the needs of the store. Part-time Team Members are generally scheduled to work less than an average of 28 hours per week in a measurement period, as defined by JOANN and are not guaranteed any particular number of hours per week.
Open availability is defined as the ability to work any and all hours required without restrictions as to the time of day or day of week, including, but not limited to, days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. This is an hourly position. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for raw material handling, operate process equipment to make products, and finished product packaging.

Track and record dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues.
Package and palletize finished product.
Regularly operate forklifts and front-end loaders.

Housekeeping duties in production, warehouse, and plant parking areas, and general clean-up.
Hand-sweep, shovel, and/or wheelbarrow as directed.
Operational assistance as required in production, bagging, warehouse, and shipping areas.
Other duties as required to maintain an efficient operation.
Clean up material and return to proper ore piles, containers, and/or trash area as directed.
Work in a neat and orderly manner and minimize loss.
