Your Main Focus:
This role requires continuous work in a high-volume automated warehouse and is key to maintaining the efficient operations of our BORM, ASRS systems, and other equipment.
Beverage Order Release Module (BORM): An automated order-release system that merges various package types into layers for palletizing per customer order.
Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS): A software-controlled system for full pallet storage and retrieval, supporting warehouse loading and picking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and recover automation systems from faults.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse automation equipment.
Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
Upgrade automated lines with new technology as needed.
Assist contractors and train system personnel.
Monitor system efficiency and diagnose faults.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Maintain regular, reliable attendance.

Position Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation systems, or a related field.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to travel to our Suffern, NY Facility as needed.
Ability to work at heights up to 50 ft for extended periods. Comfort with physical tasks involving bending, standing for extended periods, kneeling etc.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, network troubleshooting, and mechanical components (gearboxes, chains, motors, bearings, etc.)
Knowledge of kinematics, electronics, SERVO systems, troubleshooting, schematics, OEM manuals, and pumps.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in diagnosing equipment failures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking repairs and maintenance tasks.
Understanding conveyor systems, sorters, and other automated warehouse equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Weekend and holiday work may be required.
Hourly Salary: $36.54

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. The Role + Purpose:
* Attend in-season Production and related meetings, and communicate any product-related information to all internal teams and vendors from initial concept stages through delivery.
* Collect and manage time and action information to ensure adherence to the corporate Product Development Calendar.
* Maintain seasonal cost charts, communicate initial projections and cost targets to vendors. Engage in cost negotiations as needed.
* Manage sample requests and track samples to ensure deadlines, quality standards and design aesthetics are being met.
* Attend fit sessions to ensure proper measurements are being met and sample corrections are being made within our fit process guidelines.
* Maintain line of communication between internal teams, vendors and factories to communicate and track style detail information and calendar deadlines.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in production/product management
* Experience in garment costing
* Knowledge of time and action calendars
* Excellent communication, organizational and follow-through skills
* Experience in PLM and Microsoft Suite

Salary Range: $64,200.00 - $77,000.00

Position Overview:
Abrams is in search of an Associate Production Manager. Candidate must be energetic, have strong attention to detail, and be a proactive problem solver.
Responsibilities
· Point person for 20+ books per season across imprints and divisions. Working with both domestic and foreign vendors, this will involve quoting, scheduling, routing and reviewing proofs, addressing file concerns, issuing purchase orders, and reviewing invoices.
· Manage ARC production, working cross-departmentally to manage timelines and expectations.
· Manage department's administrative needs: weekly reporting, agenda management, and invoice processing. Ad hoc reporting and seasonal project support as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
· Must have 3+ years' experience in book production, with a thorough understanding of book making process. Experience in both 1C and 4C is a plus.
· Must be organized, detail oriented, have a flexible mind set, good problem-solving skills, and be able to multi-task.
· Team player with strong communication skills.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft apps and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with Firebrand's Title Management a plus.
