We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at a large manufacturing facility that primarily produces magnetic wire for various industries, including automotive, residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial sectors. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
+ Operate automated machines and ensure they run correctly to customer specifications.
+ Store finished products in the warehouse.
+ Perform quality inspections on products.
+ Conduct welding tasks as required.
+ Operate a forklift for 15% of the time (training will be provided).
+ Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs sanitation tasks on production and industrial equipment in compliance with the master sanitation schedule to ensure cleanliness and cross contamination is prevented.
Performs general inspection of materials, products, and containers before moving to/from stock locations to ensure all material going into production are free of visible dust or other debris.
Utilize chemicals to clean, foam and sanitize, while operating floor scrubber, sweeps, and mops floors to ensure a clean working environment.
Operates industrial truck to transport materials within the plant to ensure the proper items are on-hand as needed.
Provides input on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure proper documentation of sanitization records is maintained and cleaning procedures are followed
Verifies label information and repacks materials as needed to ensure production has access to the appropriate inventory for processing customer orders.
Maintains accurate product identification and lot codes to ensure materials are in proper locations and available for use.
Breaks down boxes and pallets to fit shelving and assists in the removal of scrap product to ensure warehouse and production facilities are free from excess material and waste.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Lebermuth quality standards to ensure all tasks involving equipment such as a hand trucks, drum carts or forklifts are performed in a safe manner.
Promotes a safe food culture by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with cleaning and sanitation throughout the production areas, and accurately completing Lebermuth required paperwork (i.e., equipment logs, regulatory documentation) to ensure the safe production and shipment of quality food products.
Acts as a back up to Sanitation Technician responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility to help provide a clean and safe working environment for employees and guests.
