THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
Manage product development life cycle from SMS to production-ready garments for both Men's and Women's Denim collection to meet GTM calendar deadlines for seasonal styles and Chase special programs.
Create and manage WIP report for development tracking and Proto garment delivery i.e. Pattern, sew-by, tech pack, graphic artwork sheets, wash standards are ready for first proto delivery. Provide status reports to the direct manager keep and all relevant parties of deliverables.
Drive the daily development process through communication with the global vendor base throughout the product's life cycle. Actively highlight development issues and propose resolutions to meet deadlines and make the product Production-friendly
Partner with the Design team for product development approvals, i.e. trim approvals, artwork approvals etc. Communicating approvals to vendors in a timely manner
Initial Costing and partner with internal teams to engineer products within cost parameters
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure upstream inputs align with vendor communication and GTM deadline dates
Track internal development milestones to meet larger GTM calendar and SMS deadline dates.
Attend fittings when necessary.
Own seasonal Production validation meetings.
Utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP in Excel to track and update WIP from vendor data.
Proficiently manage and update master Work-in-Progress (WIP) in Excel, ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to create and update internal due dates and external dates with vendors, ensuring smooth workflows.
Review and resolve quality issues with cross-functional teams, working toward efficient solutions and closing the loop on open issues.
Monitor garment production timelines and proactively manage any risks to ensure on-time factory exits.
Weekly calls with vendors to discuss issues, risks, and TNA

The primary responsibility of the Production Technician II will be to test/assemble Small Unmanned Arial System products in our manufacturing facility following released engineering drawings and assembly instructions using our work order system.
Position Responsibilities
Primary duty is the mechanical assembly of subassemblies using small hand and/or power tools. Some soldering may be required
Final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles
Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
This job contributes to Evolution Fresh success by operating and maintaining product packaging equipment in the manufacturing plant environment; ensuring that products meet delivery and quality requirements. Models and acts in accordance with Evolution Fresh guiding principles.
* Inspects, operates, and maintains automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Troubleshoots equipment or systems problems and makes minor repairs
* Calibrates and validates quality testing equipment; performs all testing procedures according to established specifications
* Performs visual inspections of finished products; identifies quality problems and recommends solutions
* Monitors and documents package quality using analytical tools; participates in out of specification and failure investigations
* Records operational and production data
* Trains new personnel on proper operational procedures
* Informs appropriate manufacturing partners and supervisor of machine performance irregularities to minimize the impact of production downtime
* Minimizes production scrap, including materials and coffee product
* Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment
* Participates in process improvement activities
* Demonstrates and understands safety as a core value and follows the key essentials to safety as set forth by our safety resolution; reinforces and coaches others to do the same
* Understands and follows established safety guidelines, consistently complies with all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, Lock Out Tag Out)
* Supports food safety, legality, and quality programs
* Maintains product quality through adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Preventative Controls, product specifications and quality procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Education (minimum education level, degree or certification necessary):
* High school diploma/GED, US military service or equivalent
* Operating manual and automated packaging equipment (2 years)
* Performing quality tests using analytical tools (1 year)
* Regulated food manufacturing environment (1 year)
* Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor machine failures and make minor adjustments (1 year)

Troubleshooting of various lab instrumentation and automation.

Assisting scientists to successfully develop, transfer and execute processes on the integrated platforms and ancillary equipment.
Efficiently manage execution of both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance of robotic platforms and associated equipment by aligning both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are performed according to industry-leading scientific standards & accurately documented in SOPs.
Monitoring technological developments in the field & evaluation of new technologies
