Monitor key metrics like Total Operating Cost (TOC) and labor utilization (LU). Supervise, train, and evaluate employees to ensure performance standards are met. Implement 6S principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to optimize efficiency and quality. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering field (MS/MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing supervision or leadership.
