ABOUT THE ROLE The Production Supervisor will work to ensure that plant is producing material throughout the day by controlling the automated system, running heavy equipment, executing preventative and minor maintenance, housekeeping, loading material and running the mills. The Production Supervisor will work closely with management and other departs to ensure the successful operation of plant equipment. The employee will have contact with Customers and Vendors and is expected to act with Amrize's best interests in mind. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH Perform start-up, normal operation, and shutdown of the referenced systems. Responsibilities of the role include lifting, inspecting, defacing, sorting, stacking, strapping and pallet jacking hundreds to thousands of boxes per day. The goal is to run a world-class, food-grade processing facility which is efficient, effective and profitable to maintain high standard for customer satisfaction.
