Motion Capture assistance including markering actors, assisting talent to various prep areas, and taking production notes during a shoot. Stage maintenance and organization, including laundry.
High interest and eagerness in assisting and/or learning the Mocap pipeline: additional skills preferred may include workshop experience, experience in 3d software, previous experience in Motion Capture, Film, TV or video games, and/or coding knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Keep all studio supplies well-stocked, including but not limited to snacks, drinks, office supplies, medical supplies, etc. and maintaining purchase list when things are needed.

Shoot day support to production teams including preparing and managing scripts and shotlists, catering, talent and external vendor support and paperwork, camera placement, stage hand work, misc. administrative work and greeting/directing visitors as they arrive.

Light finance tracking: Track department expenditures and assist in budget monitoring, assist in purchase orders if necessary.
Assist the Motion Capture Producer in schedules, tracking of tasks and progress, to meet milestones and deadlines. Weekly communication to security of Guest list for upcoming week, sending out weekly role sheet, and updating department blog.
Motion Capture assistance including markering actors, assisting talent to various prep areas, and taking production notes during a shoot. Stage maintenance and organization, including laundry.
High interest and eagerness in assisting and/or learning the Mocap pipeline: additional skills preferred may include workshop experience, experience in 3d software, previous experience in Motion Capture, Film, TV or video games, and/or coding knowledge.
