Job Responsibilities:
* Provide overall product vision, working with architecture, engineering and development on the tooling, capabilities, and planning for enabling reliable and secure integrations.
* Develop and lead the product roadmap of the Oracle ERP integration platform, in alignment with ongoing enterprise initiatives and projects. Define and prioritize feature improvements for enterprise capabilities, as well as supporting specific portfolio/business unit needs.
* Develop a strategy and plan for developing, migrating and converging existing integration solutions to adapt to the new Oracle Fusion ERP and the roadmaps for other connected enterprise systems such as SAP.
* Collaborate with architects, platform engineering, and Security teams in defining a comprehensive enterprise integration platform vision, strategy, and execution plans.
* Define an operating model for governing, managing and detailing the integrations across the Oracle ERP platform. Define RACI for various personas in enterprise architecture, middleware, platform engineering, and cyber security teams.
* Partner with QA teams to define and implement automated test plans. Develop API specification validation methodology, define the linting process for API Product deployments.
* Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of all the integrations in the ERP platform.
Work Experience
* 2+ years experience in implementing and/or managing integration portfolios related to Oracle migration and integrations (Required)
* 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.(Required)
* 2+ years' experience of Supply Chain and/or Direct to Consumer processes and systems.
* Experience with multiple types of integrations such as API (REST and SOAP), file based (including large files) and event driven.
* Experience with industry leading APIM products such as MuleSoft, Apigee. Proven understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) are desirable.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Direct to Consumer processes and systems are desirable.
* Strong grasp of security considerations specific to integrations, including data protection, encryption.

Reporting to the Wholesale Payments Head of Payables, the Commercial Card Product Director is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and P&L management of our Commercial Card business.
