Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the candidate we are searching for would have proven success and experience in building, scaling, and managing a product marketing team; owning end-to-end go-to-market strategies and product launches; building value focused stories; leading initiatives to expand market and competitive intelligence; and developing compelling messaging, positioning, and enablement to drive demand gen, sales, and customer retention.
This position is a high-visibility opportunity that will also play a key role in leading many strategic product marketing initiatives for the business in partnership with senior management, in addition to traditional GTM initiatives; therefore, we are looking for candidates with proven experience in these expanded areas as well.

Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the overall go-to-market vision and strategy for CentralReach, providing strategic direction, coaching and support to the product marketing team to successfully support all markets and achieve business targets.
* Lead efforts and/or provide strategic direction and coaching to successfully launch and release new solutions and features to market.
* Play a leading key role partnering with senior cross-functional team members to define, refine and implement core operational GTM efforts and initiatives.
* As the business continues to grow, act as the lead in pitching and driving new GTM ideas to continue our forward motion and growth as a scale-up company, including, development of new product messaging and positioning framework, GTM new sales and customer selling matrix, product packaging and more.
* As one of the most cross-functional leaders within the organization, build a trusted partnership with product and all business leaders to influence the product roadmap, continually deliver on customer experience needs, and support our commercial teams through successful sales training, enablement, and continuous tracking of progress.
* Lead and provide strategic direction of supporting team members, to expand market and competitive intelligence, continually helping to shape the product roadmap and meet market demands.
* Define a strategy to consult with customers on a regular basis in partnership with Product Management, to continually gather product feedback, explore product, and market opportunities, advocacy opportunities and more.
* Develop a best-in-class product marketing team, laying out a vision and scaling the function that aligns with our business growth over time.

Desired Skills and Experience:
* 10+ years of professional marketing experience at a B2B, B2C or startup environment
* 6+ years of relevant product marketing experience in the B2B, SaaS and/or start-up; including leadership experience hiring, managing, and developing talent.
* Can demonstrate driving successful go-to-market plans that drive product adoption, retention, and customer and net new sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong copywriting and messaging skills, comfortable speaking in front of diverse audiences
