As a platformed solution, it allows OEMs to configure the user experience remotely and upgrade application functionality in the field at any time. This not only enhances the user experience but also enables automotive OEMs to unlock recurring revenue streams through the sale of navigation-integrated services. The HERE Navigation Solutions product management team operates out of Europe and collaborates with automotive OEMs globally. We are looking for a (Solution) Product Manager for Passenger Vehicle Navigation (m/w/d) to join our team in Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, or Poland. Responsibilities: * Sales Support: Support Sales Teams and Business Solution Architects in representing the complete HERE automotive navigation portfolio at a technical level, which involves: * Conducting solution pitches and roadmap discussions * Delivering product demonstrations * Defining solutions for upcoming bids * Providing technical expertise in the sales channel * Bid Management: Act as a key contact for regional Bid Management and Deal Desk Teams throughout the opportunity funnel, ensuring optimal solutions meet customer needs and achieve nomination. * Customer Requirement Analysis: Analyze customer requirements during pre-sales, RfX stages, and program ramp-ups after nomination. Translate market insights into an attractive roadmap in collaboration with solution PMs and upstream teams across the HERE stack. Contributions from industry solution teams, user research teams, market intelligence teams, and analytics from active customer programs will inform your roadmap. * Domain Ownership: Drive a key domain within the Navigation Portfolio (e.g., search, routing, guidance, EV) by defining its roadmap autonomously and working with all stakeholders. This includes: * Understanding and staying up-to-date with market requirements * Expanding the product roadmap across the HERE solution stack for navigation * Managing the P&L for the assigned domain * Aligning feature requirements, development timelines, and related OPEX and CAPEX with upstream stakeholders * Creating clear feature requirements and acting as the "business owner" of the domain * Collaborating with the HERE UX team to define user flows and vanilla designs * Supporting UX research for the assigned domain * Partnerships: Build relationships with external vendors to complement HERE's Navigation Solutions portfolio alongside the Partner Organization. * Customer Program Support: During ramp-up phases, serve as the key PM contact for HERE delivery and technical support organizations while identifying additional requirements for HERE's navigation solutions. Additional Contributions: While not directly owned by you, some responsibilities may require your input: * Shaping a general vision for automotive navigation * Supporting business case, financial, and budget planning * Conducting roadmap reviews with upstream Product Owners * Providing quarterly updates to the Sales Organization * Maintaining the Navigation licensing model * Collaborating with Product Marketing to position the navigation portfolio effectively in external communications and events Who are you?
