The Technical Producer will provide support to customers in the process of developing, coding and launching complex email campaigns and associated landing pages. Responsibilities Work with the customer to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and technical approach. Collaborate with other members of the client team to provide best practice recommendations to customers. Requirements BA/BS in Web Design and Development, Web Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency. 3+ years experience in front-end web development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML Strong knowledge of one ore more of the major ESPs: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Cheetah Digital, Responsys, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, basic SQL, Figma and relational database fundamentals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree * Two years of professional audio journalism experience. * Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements. * Demonstrated commitment and accountability to Diversity and leadership with a racial equity and DEIABJ lens. Working Conditions * Duties may occasionally require evening and weekend work when necessary to meet critical deadlines, especially during election cycles. * Ability to travel when necessary to meet with sources and to attend station events. * Cubicle/Open workspace environment which may result in additional or higher levels of noise and visual distractions. * Position is suitable/eligible for Hybrid/Occasional Telework.
