In the last six months two of our producers have gone onto top ten markets (BTW this was each of their first producing jobs out of college) and several more have been promoted to Executive Producer. I cannot promise that will happen to you, but I can promise that we will help teach you as much as we can about producing newscasts. We have a team that constantly works to improve.
