• Shoot 3 clients/day - each shoot averages 2.5-3 hours.

• $6000 a month or $72,000 a year. To start in month 1, it will be paid 3 hr blocks for the first 30 days. Each client is 3hr, we will do 3 per day and therefore hourly pay rate is $33 per hour aka. A full day is paid at $300 - we have 250 clients waiting to be filmed and are booked till JULY. So plenty of work.
• If it's a fit, after 1-4 weeks, you will be full time on $72,000 a year and any gaps (if you have a day with just 1 client for example) you will edit. Please note, some clients maybe 2.5hr and others may take 4hr, you are expected to keep it tight to 3hr per client the best you can.

Validation occurs when the Employee's total commissions earned for the year exceed their annual base salary. Once validation occurs, all subsequent commissions will be paid at the post-validation rate for the remainder of the year.
Each commission payment will be processed and paid to Employee within a reasonable period, typically a few weeks after the Company has received full payment and all applicable carriers have been paid. Employee acknowledges that the timing of commission payments may vary based on client payment schedules, carrier payment preferences, carrier processing times, and other business-related factors, and the Company does not guarantee or warrant any specific timeframe for any individual commission payment.
Commission is deemed earned only upon full execution of a client agreement and payment received by the Company. If Employee's employment terminates for any reason before commission is earned, no commission shall be payable for any pending or prospective sales. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the commission structure at its discretion upon written notice to Employee.
Performance Metrics:
Employee's performance shall be evaluated based on key performance indicators (“KPIs”), including but not limited to:

Job Description
The Duopoly Producer's primary responsibilities are to produce, organize and coordinate all elements involved in creating and producing a fast-paced live daily lifestyle broadcast in Miramar, Fl. This individual will work closely with the lifestyle programming Executive Producer, Associate Producer, Reporters and Hosts. This individual must be a team leader with the ability to bring everyone together for a common goal, while leading with respect and integrity. They must have a comprehensive understanding of television and digital production, with outstanding bilingual (English/Spanish) written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate must also have connections and networking skills, knowledge of editing systems, camera operation and experience backtiming a show from control room during live broadcast. They must also have the ability to write copy, edit video, produce and gather content under heavy deadline pressure, without compromising accuracy or credibility. Must be willing to react to last minute changes and adjust rundown accordingly, contribute story ideas daily, create graphics, assign & edit copy, produce other lifestyle shows & specials, communicate and collaborate with the news department and help with news coverage and breaking news when needed.
* This individual will work with the NBC6/Telemundo51 duopoly lifestyle production team to produce South Florida Live, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale's live daily lifestyle, entertainment and community show. Fox News is looking for a talented and versatile Field Producer to work in the Miami Bureau. The Field Producer will collaborate with reporters and network staff to arrange interviews, gather editorial content, and produce lives shots and packages. This role covers a wide array of journalistic responsibilities from breaking news to scheduled events. The ideal candidate has exceptional editorial skills, is well-organized, and self-motivated, as well as collaborative.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce reporter live shots and packages on location and in the Miami Bureau
Field production; including coordinating event coverage, working with network transmission pools, and providing editorial direction to the network, including interpretation of TV pool and White House guidance.
Domestic and international travel for breaking news coverage, often at the last minute for extended periods of time
Pitch and develop original story ideas
Provide the network with editorial and logistical guidance that drives our coverage and keeps us a step ahead of our competitors
Handle newsgathering logistics like booking travel and assigning field crews
Coordinate all aspects of production including booking, writing, ordering graphics, and producing taped segments and live shots
Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with correspondents and photographers in the field
Strengthen contacts and develop new and unique sources with the goal of breaking news
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of national broadcast experience as a reporter, writer, producer, or editor at a news organization
Extensive field production experience
Effective, thoughtful communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional editorial judgment and intimate knowledge of national and international politics
Significant experience in an edit room environment
Prior experience in breaking news and feature reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by multitasking and prioritizing
Flexibility to work unconventional hours in a 24-hour news environment, specifically weekends, overnights, or holidays.
Proficiency in Spanish language preferred

Qualifications
A highly motivated, creative, and versatile audio and video producer who can identify the best moments, viral content, and news to drive user engagement, downloads, and listening.
3+ years of audio production/editing experience
Proficient with Adobe Audition and video editing software
Experience with content management systems preferred
Experience with VMIX, OBS, and/ or Tricaster preferred
Sports knowledge, including current and historical figures and storylines
Strong writing and editorial skills and the ability to drive engagement for both local and national audiences
Strong news judgment, including the ability to make real-time judgments and react independently around breaking/viral audio
