Lead video content ideation and execution to increase organic views on YouTube and social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Collaborate with Editorial teams to develop creative concepts
Create shot lists and produce original photos and videos
Understand YouTube and social channel platform trends and best practices to optimize video content for SEO, views, likes, and shares on various digital platforms and devices

Requirements:
4+ years of creative production experience, preferably at a media network or ad agency
Strong portfolio & reel showcasing a variety of work samples and projects
Experience scaling and optimizing content for YouTube and social channels
Proficiency / Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder
Experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
Experience working within brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity
Ability to create custom graphics and/or work with After Effects templates
Strong client-facing communication and internal collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $125,000- $175,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Facilitate conversations with Production Specialists to ensure all approvals are in place.
Partner with business affairs for talent and asset management, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Lead shoots and post-production, guiding agency and client through the approval process.
Collaborate with the production business affairs manager and finance to onboard new vendors, issue deal memos, and ensure timely vendor payments.
Work with account management to share project status and health during weekly team status meetings.
Complete project wraps with business affairs and finance to prepare for reconciliation.
Actively contribute to the diversity, equity, and inclusion promise for all productions, ensuring representation in front of and behind the lens, as well as within post-production talent.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5-10 years of agency or production experience.
Strong broadcast production experience.
A production guru able to foresee issues before they arise.
A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator.
A sense of humor, outgoing personality, and common sense.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

As an Audio Visual Integration Specialist I, you'll oversee the research, consultation, design, and implementation of AV needs from conceptualization through occupancy within the context of assigned projects. You'll oversee the execution and quality control of small-scale projects and tasks while assisting with higher level projects as needed.
About the role
* Maintain a high level of timely communication and decorum
* Work with a diverse group of designers, architects, engineers, property managers, construction managers, contractors and more to act as the subject matter expert for all assigned AV projects
* Consult with key stakeholders to identify AV project requirements, scope and objectives
* Coordinate Rock Family of Companies teams and outside contractors or vendors to achieve project goals
* Monitor and track assigned project progress and proactively handle any issues
* Review and approve vendor/contractor proposals and invoices/applications for payment within the budget
* Physically work on AV systems as needed
* Maintain project documentation, system drawings, programming files, inventory, and other related files or documentation as needed
* Maintain a high level of quality control on all aspects of a given project
* Research and implement new AV technologies
About you
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the audio visual (AV) industry
* Experience with Crestron hardware
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks with minimal direction
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Ability to travel periodically
* Valid driver's license
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
