Insurance Sales Producer - Emergency Services
Position Summary:
The Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for an emergency services book of business through a combination of assigned accounts with the opportunity to write new business. The Producer is responsible for counseling and selling of risk management and insurance products to clients and expanding the Seltzer Brand. The Producer is a forward-facing business professional, who will be in front of clients and prospects.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for retaining and growing a book of business, inclusive of emergency services clients; the retention goal is 98-100%, while organic growth is 10-15%.
Meet individual cross-sell targets and attend all assigned sales meetings.
Collaborate with the management team to develop individual annual plans, including prospects and key areas of focus.
Identify risk management opportunities for existing and new relationships.
Gain involvement in niches and other areas of expertise related to book of business.
Serve as technical expert, assisting department members to resolve complex issues on accounts.
Review coverage, identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverage.
Seek outside sales opportunities through networking, referrals, asking for additional lines of business.
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, as directed.
Represent the agency in a professional, ethical and courteous manner that is consistent with the image of the agency.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to retain business.
Receive and return calls in a timely and courteous manner, providing a positive client experience.
Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
Consistently look to prioritize the placing of business with Keystone core carriers.
Prepare and complete questionnaires, documents and adjust accounts in accordance with agency procedures and standards.

Qualifications:
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree highly desired
Minimum of 5 years of related insurance sales experience
Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required; Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license a plus
Understanding of insurance coverage forms, carrier products and company underwriting guidelines
Knowledge and ability to use individual company software and programs to quote policies when required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with an agency management system, preferably Applied Epic

The Opportunity
The Live Stream and Media Producer will be responsible for producing high-quality live streams, social content, and multimedia content that engage our community and amplify the QVC Group brand across multiple platforms. Manage and execute a full production cycle of live streams, social experiences, and virtual events, including technical setup, broadcast execution, and post-event editing.
Work as an active participant in livestreams, either by engaging in the chat, providing host/talent with questions or working in front of the camera.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, digital, content/creative) to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to ensure smooth live event broadcasts and viewer experience.
Oversee video editing, audio mixing, and final production of event recordings to deliver polished, high-quality content.
Develop strategies to drive audience engagement, increase viewer interaction, and optimize live stream reach across various platforms, with an eye toward 24/7 livestreams on multiple platforms.
Contribute to the creation of promotional videos, trailers, and other content that support marketing campaigns and branding efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Television Production or relevant field or equivalent business experience
3+ years of experience in digital video production including shooting, editing, lighting, and scripting
Proven experience in live streaming, media production, or related roles (preferably in digital media, finance, or education).
Proficiency in live streaming platforms and tools (e.g., OBS, vMix, Wirecast) as well as video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

What You'll Do:

* Leading production and execution of high-profile recurring events, including quarterly Town Halls
* Managing all phases of media content creation: concept, scripting, production, and editing
* Directing and producing video communications for internal and external audiences
* Owning production schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment across departments
* Coordinating production efforts with Corporate Communications and AV teams
* Making strategic recommendations on software and equipment to enhance production quality
* Managing and optimizing the functionality of media systems for major conference events

What You Bring to the Table:
* Proven experience owning video production projects end-to-end-not just assisting
* Strong technical foundation in media production, editing, and event execution

General responsibilities include teaching at the undergraduate level, live and studio production, recruitment, interaction and advising students, alumni engagement, management of digital media equipment and facilities operations, partner relationships, development, and other projects. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, including education and experience. Essential Responsibilities *
Engage student recruitment, retention, and program development * Serve in faculty committees and other roles as assigned * Advise, disciple, mentor students * Perform tasks related to assessment of student learning * Supervise and manage video production teams for live production events * Build partner relationships * Manage production related equipment and facilities * Be a spiritual model through Christian lifestyle Work Environment The work environment consists of exposure to physical conditions typical of a normal office environment. Most of the job is performed while sitting, although the work may require standing or walking and/or the lifting and carrying of small objects. Regular travel should be expected. Earned Ph.D. or master's degree in Communications, Digital Media Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred. * Significant digital media/video production industry experience is required. * Higher education teaching experience is preferred. * Practical experience in high-level production environments is preferred. * Knowledge of new media theory, digital storytelling, and modern digital video production techniques and practices. * Experience with modern video production technologies including but not limited to: * Adobe Creative Suite * DaVinci Resolve * Streaming technologies and systems * Cameras * Lighting * Additional areas of expertise considered: * Drone * VR * Mobile App Development * AI Potential Courses *

The department houses a 16-station video production classroom, 15 station audio production classroom, Broadcast Studio, 2 Audio Recording Studios, 2 Video Studios, Photography Studio as well as 48ft Mobile Media Command Center. Additionally, the department supports an equipment access point for students known as the Digital Media Center. The department supports a student Media Production Team (MPT) that provides a variety of production services for church, non-profit, and corporate events.
