WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Program Development & Execution: Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-departmental teams to support design and/or execution of 120-130 events annually across in-person, hybrid, and digital platforms, including program, topic, speaker, artist curation for Adult programming season lineups.
Event Coordination & Logistics: Manage the logistics of a wide-variety of Museum events and daily programming, ensuring a smooth execution across departments. Ensure that all events meet guest service standards, contribute to positive visitor experiences, and support Museum mission and goals.
External Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with external partners, including academic institutions, cultural organizations, and talent agencies. Assist in curating high-profile, impactful events with external collaborators to expand the Museum's reach.

Reporting to NESN's Social Media Manager, the Seasonal Assistant Content Producer is responsible for the proper execution of all NESN.com and social media sponsorship elements, organic and in-game-related content. This person will partner with the sales, digital editorial, social media and digital video teams to ensure the creation and delivery of all sold or sponsored elements including social posts, video segments and native article content. This position will also be asked to backfill organic social media and Short Form Producers on occasion.
Please note: This is a 40 hour/week seasonal position estimated to end sometime in Mid-June.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Record, clip, edit and post videos for sponsored segments to NESN's digital and social platforms.
Verify all elements are executed as outlined in client contracts and campaigns.
Ensure content meets NESN's standards for journalistic integrity and production quality.
