This role is a dynamic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth operation of document processing and support functions. By utilizing a range of tools and software such as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam, you will play a key role in producing, formatting, and maintaining high-quality documents. **Responsibilities**
+ Complete document processing training and sign-off period using tools and strategies provided by DP Corporate Trainers.
+ Supports document processing needs and participates in the DP shared work pool when there is no local DP work.
+ Produces and formats specifications, technical and design memoranda, reports and general correspondence using company templates and formatting standards.
+ Proofreads completed work for accuracy of editing and formatting.
+ Ability to juggle multiple priorities and exercise judgment on order of completion of tasks.
+ Microsoft Word Office 365 (intermediate level).
+ Microsoft Excel Office 365 (basic to intermediate level: formatting, header/footer, file path name, etc.).
+ Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam (converting files into PDF format; adding bookmarks and thumbnails, appending pages).
+ Converts scanned images or Excel files into MSWord documents.
+ Combines files (Excel, Word, Acrobat, etc.) for production purposes.
+ Converts documents to Adobe PDF files.
+ Converts and cleans documents from other software applications.
+ Organizes and maintains directory structures and file naming.
+ Maintains knowledge of company supported software packages in order to provide maximum support.

**Pay Range**
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

What We Need From You
An O & E Processor receives and processes incoming orders from customers requesting an Owner and Encumbrance report (O & E) for real estate property. An O & E report includes the legal description of a property along with open voluntary and involuntary liens, pertaining to the property and/or property owner, and recorded in the county in which the property is located, along with the deed(s) vesting ownership and related documents, which may include filed bankruptcy petitions. This position requires processing a high volume of requests in a timely manner. The O & E Processor will also search the public records of the county in which a subject property is located and prepare additional informational and limited coverage title insurance products, which may provide more detailed information regarding recorded liens and ownership of a subject property.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner.
Maintain a professional attitude while working directly with customers. Process all title commitment inquiries via phone or email efficiently.
Receive and process incoming orders in a timely manner meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations.
Prepare departmental reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Prepare and package product accurately; data accessed from appropriate databases - Owner and Encumbrance Reports,
General Index Searches and other products and services.
Consult with customers to obtain information, identify problems, and provide technical assistance.
Assist customers with problem resolutions; communicate in a professional manner with a clear emphasis on providing quality customer service.
Create invoices for products and services according to the applicable rates.
Prepare and package Non-ALTA Products.
Understand the difference between Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, and Vacant Land.
Attend training for knowledge and skill opportunities.
Attend department meetings to establish teamwork and gather technical and corporate information.
Maintain and protect corporate security by applying cybersecurity practices in daily decision-making and processes.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $42,000 - $48,000 annually.

Essential Responsibilities:
This position, knows and complies with all Kaiser Permanente quality, safety, and emergency policies and procedures. Ensures patient safety in the preparation and provisioning of care related to but not limited to medications, procedures, infection prevention, fall prevention, including consistent use of two patient identifiers and procedural time outs. Processes complex outside medical referrals; reviews referral for completeness and requests additional information as necessary; verifies member eligibility, ensures appropriate review nurse approval is obtained when necessary (codes diagnoses and procedures) and enters information into system.
Maintains relationships with vendors, physicians and members with regard to questions and problems with referrals, including keeping outside providers updated with pertinent information to process referrals (Researches each referral to ensure service requested is a benefit for the member. Gathers data on interregional members and verifies eligibility status by contacting members home region.). Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines.
Cognitive Requirements-
Occasionally: Perform advanced or non-routine mathematical computations. Motivate, lead, influence and collaborate with others both internally and externally.

Occasionally: Walk- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Constantly: Sit- Remaining in a seated position for long periods of time. Use hands/fingers for repetitive keyboard & hand motion. Speak coherently.
Emotional Effort- Occasional short deadlines. The work environment is occasionally hectic with periods of high stress.
Internal/External Interaction- Steady and ongoing with occasional periods of low volume.
