Our Mortgage Processor processes mortgage loans from application to funding. Initiates the mortgage process for potential clients, preparing, analyzing, and verifying mortgage loan applications for the purchase or refinance of real estate. Identifies and attracts new clients by networking with real estate agents, financial advisors, and past clients to generate referrals.

Prepare or request all applicable loan documentation from the appropriate party or department.
Work with Centralized Processing Department to ensure attorney and appraisal work is ordered and all documentation is handled professionally and efficiently.
