Completes “Change of Circumstance” documents as necessary when requested
Coordinates closing schedule with loan officer; notes the closing date on calendar.

Overview of Responsibilities: Performs a broad range of real estate processing activities including maintaining the home equity disclosure queue and obtaining, verifying, and preparing required documentation for next level review.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and Process Applications: Verifies loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Updates and restructures applications as necessary to meet lending requirements and align with borrower qualifications.
