Responsibilities:
The SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department.
This position requires a data entry background.
Functions performed may include but are not limited to A-station, presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, imaging/microfilming, centrifugation and aliquoting.
All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner.
Job is complex and requires that employee have good organization skills and is able to learn and understand specimen types related to test(s) ordered by client.
The SPT I must have to the ability learn and understand the compliance regulations related to test ordering which may change on a daily basis. This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction.
Additionally, since many changes do occur from day to day, great flexibility on the part of the SPT I is required.
The SPT I will be exposed to many different demands made by the customer.
Majority of SPT I work on the nightshift but based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on call and overtime availability is a requirement.
Department is a production environment, with emphasis on productivity/quality standards and departmental completion times. Position requires data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour. Works in a biohazard environment, practicing good safety habits. Able to sit or stand for long periods. Communicates effectively with all levels of staff. Adheres to core values, safety and compliance policies and procedures. Keeps work area neat and clean. Qualifications:

Previous hospital laboratory experience is a plus but not required. Previous experience in a production environment preferred.

The Title Express Processor is responsible for assisting auto insurance companies with procurement of vehicle titles, title paperwork, and working with financial institutions and vehicle owners.
* Opening/scanning mail received.
* Call queue (ability to answer basic TE questions, give claim updates and direct caller to correct party/team if applicable.
* Total Loss Packets (create and send all documents required per state guidelines).
* Initial Lien Holder calls (Calls are to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee and Copy of Title).
* Initial calls to owners/insureds (these are customer specific tasks and it used to inform owner of packet that will be sent to them).
* Follow-up calls to owners/insureds to follow-up on needed documents or corrected documents needed.
* Follow-up calls to Lien Holders (for documents listed above in the initial call).
* Will send out revised packets to the owners/insureds as needed.
* Will be held to the internal cycle times and other auditable criteria.
* Mail Approvals -Reviewing all mail to ensure that documents are compliant per State guidelines.
* Launch the "Okay to Pay" the owner/insured to the Insurance company after final review of file for compliance.
* Will monitor and work a shared inbox to ensure the tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligation.
* Other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
* 1 plus years of office customer service experience
* Education: HS degree
* Proficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft products
* Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines
* Ability to work closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities

Responsibilities include assisting the loan officer with the process of the scheduled loan closing by gathering the required information necessary to close the loan with a focus on credit quality and overall risk management. Prepares loan documents accurately and to close the loan as scheduled.
Facilitates the timely ordering of required documents (title work, compliance documents, flood documents, appraisals) and any other documents necessary to prepare the loan documents, based on board policy and regulatory requirements.
Audit the loan documentation to ensure that all documents are in order prior to loan closing paying close attention to detail in the preparation of documents.
Upload loans onto the PCS system. Reviewing reports on input and verifying that information was entered correctly. Receive loan requests and ensures loan information is properly entered into the correct system for processing.
Serve as a primary point of contact to assist internal and external stakeholders (lenders, customers, attorneys, title company) with various questions regarding loan closings.
Consistently analyze all loan documentation during processing to ensure accuracy of data and adherence to company policies and regulatory to safeguard IBCs legal position with the loan.
Create and maintain completeness of loan files both electronically and/or hard copies.
Perform detailed audits of loan request to ensure accurate and timely delivery of loan documents.
Monitor loan compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Create detailed reports for management related to all activities and status of loan processing.
