Responsibilities:
Expectations
Verifies the accuracy and receipt of all required documentation for each claim submitted.

Communicates with insureds, agents, providers, attorneys, and employers.
Documents the claim and image systems in an accurate manner.
Contributes to the daily workflow with regular and punctual attendance.
Adheres to the Claims Department's established time-in-process, production, and quality standards.
Performs related or other assigned duties as required.

The Coin Processor - Warehouse Role:
In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical coin accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. As a Coin Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the coin we transport to banks and businesses worldwide. Additional responsibilities include:
Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times
Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions
Monitor all aspects of production, detecting, and resolving malfunctions with necessary procedures to ensure maximum quality and efficiency
Monitor levels of coin bin at all times to maintain constant coin supply during production
Complete preventative maintenance requirements and properly troubleshoot malfunctions
Enter all verification activity into logs as processed

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support Lockbox Remittance Processing services. This includes providing expedited collection and processing of different types of payments and correspondence for our customers and electronic documentation.
Essential Functions
* Perform quality checks on outbound mail and conduct basic troubleshooting and escalation of system/department issues Operate and maintain high or low speed scanning equipment for duration of shift, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
* Monitor systems and make workflow decisions driven by customer deposit, scanning, data entry, and transmission deadlines to meet deadlines and maintain service level agreements
* Apply customer rules to perform desk related duties including credit card processing, pulling rejected work, labeling processed work and, responding to emails
* Meet department production and quality goals by processing multiple accounts with accuracy and in compliance with processing procedures
* Complete data entry item processing for scanned images, manual keying, and field validation of multiple accounts according to processing procedures
