Responsibilities:

Fully understands Medicare reporting requirements as they relate to a Workers' Compensation claim.
Facilitates early RTW through temporary, transitional, alternate, or modified work.
Manages all medical aspects of a claim file with a focus on RTW and end of treatment.
Refers appropriate files for task management assignments to approved vendors for medical management, special investigative needs, conditional payments, etc. up to assigned authority.
Monitors status and quality of work performed.
Serves as a liaison between medical providers, employees, legal professionals, clients and vendors.
Independently manages claims in litigation with regular and consistent communication with defense counsel to make recommendations and develop strategy.
Enters and maintains accurate information in the claims management computer system.
Clearly communicates concise action plans and present plans for moving the claim to resolution.
Meets with clients to discuss on-going claims or review open claim inventory.
Effectively controls expenses on all Workers' Compensation claims.
Mentors first level WC Examiners.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required: Bachelor's degree in related field (strongly preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Overview:
The Loan Processor is responsible for providing quality customer service by obtaining necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and orders third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer and/or Loan Officer. The Loan Processor provides proper disclosures when required by applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This position operates within Eastern Standard Time Zone working hours to support the East Coast region.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Complete the required loan checklist.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on the documents; communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and Underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices are received and in the applicant's E-file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
Train and assist supervision of new Loan Processors and other processing personnel.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage investors.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
Experience with Encompass.
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
Experience with SONYMA loans.
Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
