Once the loan is underwritten, this position obtains necessary documentation and information as required by the Underwriter, to insure the loan closes in the allotted time frame. Order the credit report updates, title commitments, verifications, and other services required by the loan program. Contact applicable parties to obtain additional documentation when needed. This may include borrower, seller, real estate agents, attorneys, ect. Follow up, validate, and review verifications, appraisal, flood certification, private mortgage insurance certificate, credit report, HOA/Condo letters, home owners insurance, title work, and any other documentation required by the loan program. Communicate problems and concerns with the Loan Officer and Underwriter.     Loan Servicing Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Update insurance information on the core system daily • Process insurance premium payouts on a daily/weekly basis • Monitor expired/missing insurance lists ensuring the collateral is sufficiently insured • Make daily phone calls to insurance agents to obtain proof of insurance coverage • Send cancellation and/or other correspondence to customers on a daily basis. • Work as part of a phone and email queue answering customer inquiries • Regular and predictable attendance • Review paid off loan files and ensure proper documents are released and maintained correctly • Work with various counties to ensure mortgages are released properly • Generate letters and notices to customers regarding loan information • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • High School diploma (or equivalent) is required • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook) • Ability to assume responsibility, excellent problems solving skills, exercise good judgment making decisions Benefits May Include the Following: ************************************ Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
