**About the Role:**
Responsible for mortgage loan servicing, ongoing customer service, escrow servicing. Works within an environment of high work volumes and established deadlines. Handles assigned tasks according to multiple investor requirements; FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, VA, RD and Umpqua bank portfolio loans. Requires knowledge of lending documents, and investor policies and procedures. Advise borrowers regarding general knowledge of loss mitigation plans. Role Summary:
The Home Loan Processor II position is responsible for ordering, gathering, reviewing, and preparing required loan documents for all residential mortgage loans. This includes ensuring all loan conditions are fulfilled and the loan meets all credit union, regulatory, and secondary market guidelines. What You Will Be Doing:
Review loan application for accuracy, compliance, and completeness ensuring that all loans are prepared and processed to comply with regulatory, lending, investor and secondary market guidelines and policies.
Order appraisals, title commitments, tax transcripts, income verifications, government case numbers, fraud, and compliance reports.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with borrower(s), loan officers, realtors, vendors and Operations staff providing status updates and outstanding items to facilitate an organized, accurate, and timely closing.
Review, collect, and fulfill underwriting conditions.
Evaluate appraisals, title policies, credit reports, and income verifications.
Examine supporting documentation and investigate any inconsistencies to identify potential fraud or misrepresentation.
Ensure re-disclosures are prepared and delivered to the member within regulatory guidelines based on identified change in circumstance.
Prepare and deliver documents in an accurate and timely manner adhering to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate loan closing, recording, and funding with escrow.

Perform post-closing responsibilities including packaging and shipping investor loans.
