The Citizens Bank of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Consumer Loan Processor, as follows: Consumer Loan Processor Location Philadelphia, MS Hours Monday - Friday, 8 to 5 Occasional Saturday Hours Responsible for the careful and accurate generation of all loan documents associated with the bank's consumer loan platform utilizing loan processing software.

Essential Duties
Generate loan documents for consumer loans utilizing the bank's loan documentation system. Coordinate and organize work load to correspond with scheduled loan closings for multiple loan officers to provide quality customer service. Review loan documents for proper loan policy underwriting, loan committee approvals, regulatory and collateral perfection requirements. Provide assistance to loan officers/assistants concerning proper loan policy underwriting, collateral lien perfection, regulatory requirements and execution of loan documents. Provide back-up to other areas of loan processing, including pre/post review of consumer loans. Other duties as required by supervisory personnel.
The Right Person
1 - 3 years successful experience in Loan Processing, Loan Review or Similar Position
Prior Experience with loan documentation systems preferred
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Exceptional Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work within time constraints
High School Diploma or Higher
