As the owner of the plant safety concept, you will ensure compliance to those safety standards as part of the sustainable EHS plan. Providing process safety management (PSM), root cause analysis (RCA) and audit support related to process safety. You will support the implementation of best safety practices.
Providing technology expertise for chemicals as you will be the focal point for further development and optimization of processes in the plant, which includes leading plant trials. You will also provide periodic technical training on process technology for various team members and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
Collaborating with operations to develop and implement automation solutions to minimize variable cost and improve the overall effectiveness of our production technology.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

* Develop and improve manufacturing processes in support of new and existing product to ensure timely delivery of quality product.
