We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Preconstruction Department to work with Business Development, Estimating, and Business Line Management to drive successful proposal and pursuit activities across North America. In addition, this professional will support company teams in positioning for major pursuits, including capture planning and pipeline development. Candidates will demonstrate strong leadership and facilitation skills, a commitment to excellence, a history of personal initiative and a successful track record of submitting highly ranked proposals to public and private agencies. Must have proven experience managing complex proposals of all sizes with multiple contributors. We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience overseeing, coordinating, and delivering on all aspects of proposal development including strategy and messaging, writing, layout, managing process, graphics, and production. Responsibilities
* Leads complex proposals with general guidance. Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, compliance and key messages. Works with graphic design staff to plan and produce materials ensuring all proposal materials are effectively communicating the strategic vision identified for a given pursuit.
* Works with individual pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing business intelligence on clients and competitors.
* Organizes and facilitates pursuit strategy meetings.
* Leads and supports interview coaching and presentation development for shortlist interviews.
* Leads debriefing activities post procurement.
* Assists in the ongoing development and refinement of QA procedures, and serves as quality control review of materials developed by Department.
* Oversees quality of deliverables and compliance with company procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or related field is required. Minimum five years of proposal preparation/management experience in the construction, engineering, or architecture industry for Proposal Manager Role.
* Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts in a manner that is readable and professional.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to work positively and professionally with various levels of staff throughout the organization.
* Proficiency in business writing, technical editing, proofreading, document formatting skills.

Primoris Power Delivery is seeking a Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Fort Worth, TX area. He or she will work closely with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Customers, sub-contractors, fleet, and other various organizations to insure clear and precise communication and adhere to all policies, safety rules, and work requirements for this position. Ensure that company employees adhere to all safety practices, policies, code of conduct in a professional manner. Ensure all equipment, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) is in excellent working condition and inspect as required by Primoris Service Corporation (PSC) requirements.
This person must contribute to all training content development related to operational needs. Organize, schedule, and facilitate training for New Hire Orientation (NHO), annual or compliance training for existing employees, customer or job-specific training requirements, implementation of new training initiatives, and/or changes to current training processes or procedures.
This role will be hybrid in the Fort Worth, TX area.
As a Training Specialist for PSC, the incumbent will administer:
Production and distribution of training or classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
Maintain training rosters and/or records for all training classes or learning activities.
Assist in multiple training events in a corporate or community-based setting utilizing traditional or modern job training.
Educational & Minimum Requirements:
Required Qualifications
4 years minimum in the following disciplines: Substation, Transmission, Underground or Overhead Distribution.
Able to work in a team environment and assist where needed across the Utility Segment Training organization.
Willing to travel to multiple locations to facilitate training as needed.
Problem solving skills.
Must be able to operate or possess the ability to learn heavy equipment such as Buckets, Digger Derricks, Back Yard Machines, Forklifts, and Skylifts.
Must meet all requirements for obtaining OSHA 500 certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The Position Proposition:
· Carry out daily inspections, greasing, fueling and safe machine operation duties.
· Set up machinery and ensure all ground conditions are safe, prior to any drilling / boring.
· Effectively monitor operation of equipment.
