We are now hiring a Full-Time IT Field Technician in Pittsburgh, PA. The IT Field Technician is responsible for providing IT services and support. This role will have a focus on smart home technology.
Starting pay is $50,000/annually
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous support company wide, in person, phone, or email
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment
Receive and document all inbound tickets, emails, phone calls, and in-person request for IT services
Travel to regional offices to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Travel to regional homes to install and support smart home technology
Document, track, and monitor technical problems and solutions
Inform management of recurring problems
Check in regularly with regional office managers to review the IT needs of the office and to ensure that all IT equipment is functioning as needed
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Employees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
Minimum two years of professional IT experience
Audio / visual experience a plus
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in AD, Office365, multiple browsers, computer hardware
Experience supporting Android and iPhone, Mobile Device Management a plus
Working knowledge of printer management
Experience working with LAN administration
Logical troubleshooting skills
Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and a high-level attention to detail
Understanding of best security practices and continual updating of knowledge base

We are actively seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee Day Program and Employment Services in Drums, PA who will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of our Direct Support Professionals and our Regional Programs. The Program Manager leads a team to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This person will support teams with day-to-day operations and challenges to achieve programmatic goals.
Starting pay is $45,000/annually
New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $250.00 payable after completing 90 days of introductory/probationary period per Regional Director of Employment approval including performance standards
Responsibilities
Lead and train teams to support programmatic initiatives, goals, daily routines, and the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed
Provide training on daily routines including cleaning, cooking established meal plans, feeding, medication administration, and maintaining personal hygiene
Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition
Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum
Communicate with the families and guardians of individuals we support as needed
Develop and update Individual Support Plans (ISP)/Person-Centered Plans (PCP) with an interdisciplinary team to include any concerns, observations, and behavioral developments
Ensure individuals are supported per their ISP/PCP including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management
Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely
Assist with monitoring the finances of individuals ensuring purchases are approved and accounted for with documentation
Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns
Manage relationships with the families and guardians of the individuals in our care
Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies including groceries, medications, and cleaning supplies
May be required to fill shifts when staffing issues arise
Employees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
Complete all state and agency required training per state guidelines
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Team oriented with demonstrated leadership experience

Position Summary:
Delta Community Supports, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse with excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills who is capable of working effectively with others. Provide first aid to individuals in service. Assess need for medical treatment and act as liaison with external agencies.
Refer individuals in service and staff to treatment by designated physicians and/or hospitals.
Review and distribute MARS each month.
Review medical orders and ensure the correct medications and medical equipment are in the home.
Train staff in healthcare issues such as seizures, hepatitis, scabies, diabetes, dysphagia, recognizing signs of illness and other relevant medical/health concerns.
Develop feeding protocols and medical protocols for individuals based on physician recommendations.
Communicate with other health care facilities such as hospitals, private physician's offices, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities to improve the level of health care offered at the organization.
Observe individuals for behavior change, response to medication, side effects, objective and subjective signs of physical illness and refer for treatment if necessary.
Communicate with DSP and management staff regarding medical issues of individuals.
Participate as part of the interdisciplinary team as requested, on health care issues.
Coordinate and oversee psychiatric physician visits monthly at the office.
Act as a resource to staff in health care issues.

Position Summary:
Delta Community Supports Community Living Division in Delaware County is seeking a strong Regional Director with demonstrated abilities to lead effective teams, collaborate across service areas and develop staff. Supervise, support, motivate, and empower the associate directors and management teams who operate each program

Community Integration Counselor (Part Time)

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.
We are actively seeking Community Integration Counselors in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Community Integration Counselor is responsible for assisting individuals with learning physical, intellectual, emotional, and social life skills. The Community Integration Counselor provides individualized services designed to assist participants in managing and overcoming the difficulties confronted when living in the community.
Starting pay is $17.50/hour
New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $250.00 payable after working all scheduled hours with no unexcused call outs, complete all required trainings, and fulfill all required trainings. Additionally, must successfully pass the 90-day introductory/probationary period per the ED's approval including performance standards.
Responsibilities
Support and encourage individuals to increase their ability to be as independent as possible
Meet with waiver participants on a regular basis either in the individual's residence, the community, or an office setting
Collaborate with the case manager to develop and facilitate programs which meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of the individual
Provide ongoing support for community integration efforts
Document individual progress toward acquiring community integration
Assist in building a support network between the individual and the community
Ensure medical consultation forms are completed, by the physician, for each medical appointment attended
Administer medications and ensure proper completion of necessary documentation
Coordinate all leisure and volunteer opportunities
Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns
Drive individuals to medical appointments and activities in the community
Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely
Employees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports
Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Working Conditions
Transport individuals utilizing your own vehicle or company provided vehicles
Schedule may change due to business needs and may include evening and weekend hours
May be required to be on-call in cooperation with other management staff
Frequent lifting, stretching, and other physical exertion may be required
May be required to lift or move 25+ pounds
