Pros of working at Community Options Inc.
You get to work with some amazing people if you're lucky enough to. The job is very easy to do. Always willing to give you extra hours if you need them. Co-workers are always there to help you.
Cons of working at Community Options Inc.
Sometimes you're stuck working with clients who are above your pay grade and the company "never" has another house to move you too. The job is easy if you have easy clients to work with. because of the type of company, unfortunately they're many " AT HIGH RISK" clients. Extra hours are given, wanted or not. Your co- workers (as in previous & next shift) are the only ones in the whole company who will provide with client info that was left out of the training and will train you on how things actually go on in the residence. Management and the hire ups cannot be trusted to be relied on for anything that is not beneficial for them. The company only looks for themselves and wont think twice about "throwing you under the bus" if a huge problem arises.
