+ Determine pricing consistent with company objectives as it relates to market rate and customer objectives with high levels of accuracy
+ Analyze customer data and accessorial to develop a growth strategy for a specific account that will positively impact network volume and profitability; drive strategy and influence with internal teams utilizing extensive customer knowledge, objectives related to pricing needs, and market intelligence, as needed

**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Qualification:**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3-4 years of relevant transportation logistics, pricing, or finance experience, or comparable combination of education, experience, and training, and/or military equivalent
+ Knowledge of LTL (asset-based or third-party) or similar complex transportation modes is strongly preferred experience, and training, and/or military equivalent.
**Preferred Qualification:**
+ Bachelor's degree in transportation logistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field with 3-4 years of relevant transportation logistics, pricing, or finance experience, or comparable combination of education, experience, and training, and/or military equivalent
+ Experience in pricing, costing, procurement, transportation network design/engineering, or comparable skillsets is strongly preferred.
