MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Benefits
· Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Child and Family Therapist
Job 40 miles from Prescott
Primary duties of the Child and Family Therapist include outpatient and home-based family, individual, and play therapy for a broad range of behavioral health problems. Knowledge and understanding of family systems theory, family dynamics, and family therapy is essential. Must also have field experience in working with multi-problem families, with ability to relate well with families of varied lifestyles, backgrounds, and ethnicity. Crisis intervention, school and agency consultation, assessment and treatment planning are included. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducting client assessments, including crisis assessment and management.
Development and updating of comprehensive treatment plans for all clients.
Management of all aspects of therapy, including referrals to additional resources when appropriate.
Maintenance of client records according to applicable agency and professional standards.
Completion of all necessary paperwork to assure the clinic receives payment from the appropriate funding source for all services rendered.
Service provision shall be conducted at the clinic, the client's home, or other community sites as appropriate to the case while ensuring staff safety and ability to conduct the service.
Active participation in department efforts to assess and provide customer service to both payer and clients.
Assisting in department strategic planning and implementation through participation in department staffings, staff meetings, training and other meetings as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a valid Driver License
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar license in the state of Arizona.
Experience working with clients in a mental health setting is preferred.

As an Inpatient Psychiatric RN, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care and support to patients with mental health disorders within our inpatient unit. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring patients' progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Our PRN Nurses work a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per month and must be able to pick up shifts at our inpatient units in both Prescott and Prescott Valley.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission, including physical and mental health evaluations.
