Assume equal share of the regular housekeeping chores such as cleaning, preparing for daily activities and cleaning up after projects. Report all suspicions of child abuse to proper authorities. Participate in member retention, special events and fundraising. Complete all paperwork clearly and concisely. Remain up to date on emergency procedures and family center policies. All other duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum age 16 years or older. 1 year of childcare experience preferred CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse Prevention training within 30 days of hire date. Work Environment & Physical Demands Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays as needed. Must be willing to work an on-call schedule rotation as required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The physical activities of this position include: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and repetitive motions. May be required to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. in various forms, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
