This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%. * Prepare and organize cheese samples for evaluation and customer submissions. * Conduct product evaluations, documenting results to support product quality and development. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test kitchen, warehouse workspace, and R&D storage areas. * Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines. * Support plant trials by preparing materials and assisting with test procedures. * Participate in customer dinners, trade shows, and training events, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation. * Safely operate kitchen and pilot plant equipment, such as ovens, shredders, and mixers. * Communicate observations and challenges to the Test Kitchen Manager to support process improvements. * Manage inventory levels of necessary supplies to maintain an efficient workspace. * Access and utilize internal and external databases for product research and development needs. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): • A bachelor's degree in food science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. • Experience working in the food industry with a focus on food science or food safety. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
