Agent Retention
Communicate daily with agents and clients in a positive and professional manner

Assist Managing Director by participating in sales meetings including note taking and dissemination
Organize and promote events to be held at the office

Transaction Management
Deposit commission and provide supporting documentation to transaction services team in a timely manner
Assist agents with contract compliance and transaction dashboard upkeep
Operations
Open and close the office - have procedures available for others to follow as needed.
Perform receptionist and administrative duties: answering phones, greeting clients, distributing mail, etc
Create and maintain the professional physical appearance of the office
Maintain the office equipment, request service from vendors as needed
Keep office information and agent contact information updated and accessible
Maintain and order supplies - using the centralized ordering system in a timely manner
Assist accounting with monthly transaction audit and agent billing
Responsible for monthly floortime calendar
Provide agents with RE and company forms as needed

Marketing
Assist agents with marketing services ordering
Partner with marketing department for additional agent services and support, including signs, flyers, social media, etc
Supply local office content and market data for the monthly office newsletter.
