Ability to operate a forklift to transport trailers to and from service areas and lot as needed or re-arrange throughout the lot
Park and move RV units in a timely fashion
Ensures window prices on recreational vehicles are installed and removed as instructed

Pick up all trash from the grounds, parking areas, and perimeters first thing each morning and throughout the day.

This position will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and common grounds of the property and will also assist in preparing vacant apartments. This is a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail, hard work and the highest level of customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Clean and prepare vacant units for resident move-ins
Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, washing windows, cleaning mirrors, scrubbing, vacuuming, cleaning carpets and stains
Unit make-ready cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, sinks, appliances and kitchen area
Cleaning, stocking and up keeping the leasing office, property's social services center, public restrooms, laundry rooms and other shared areas
Emptying trash and recycling receptacles and disposing of waste properly

JOB SUMMARY
A Room Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel, servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking cart with room supplies, and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures.

Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor on work priorities and provide assistance when needed.
Education & Experience:
