Job Summary: The Night Porter position assists everyone associated within the Building Maintenance division as well as other departments to help with nighttime operations of the facility. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member and guest service with a focus on total customer satisfaction. This position is designed to provide the necessary exposure, experience, and preparation for this individual to pursue a future growth and development within the customer service industry. However, based on required service levels, the above-mentioned hours could be more or less. Standard shift hours but not limited to are 7:00pm to 6:00am, 7:30pm to 6:00am or 6:00pm to 6:00am. This would include 11hr, 11.5hr, and 12hr shifts. During Special Outings the employee could be asked to come in early. The Night Porter will have a two-week alternating schedule with the other Night Porter. First Week would work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, but would have OFF Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Second Week would work Wednesday Thursday and Friday, but would have OFF Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
