What You'll Do
Greet all guests with hospitality; engage and answer questions about food, wine, Wine Club and facilities in a friendly, helpful manner
Maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, retail items, wines and Wines of the Month and Wine Club events

Assist with the transport of Carryout and Curbside Delivery orders to our Guests
Actively seek out and recognize opportunities to sell products sold in the Tasting Room.
Stock wine and retail merchandise in the Tasting Room; ensure all food and retail merchandise is attractively displayed per set standards.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, organized, and stocked work area
Complete necessary side work during non-busy hours
Handle cash and utilize the MICROS system according to company standards
Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
Must represent Cooper's Hawk Values
Must be at least 21 years of age
Experience in a casual dining or upscale dining environment or retail sales preferred
Experience in a wine environment or equivalent preferred
A hospitality-focused individual with a passion for guest service, food and wine

Must be comfortable actively educating our guests on the Wine Club membership program and inviting them to join.
Experience using Micros or similar POS systems

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for controlling all environmental and in-depth equipment cleaning to ensure the safety and quality of our food products.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Disassembles and sets up all production equipment, cleans all equipment using COP and CIP systems, verifies the proper cleaning and set-up of all equipment, puts away production and sanitation materials, drives material handling equipment, monitors/tests chemical concentration of all CIP systems.
* Maintains CIP Chart Recorders. Documents necessary information on charts and CIP logs.
* Takes inventory of sanitation supplies. Uses bioluminescence technology to verify CIP systems.
* Responsible for performing tasks according to the plant Master Cleaning Schedule.
* Responsible for basic troubleshooting of all Sanitation equipment.
* Trains new Associates on required skill sets for Environmental Operations.
* Maintains work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to GMP and Safety guidelines.
* Operates Rich's SCADA system and completes appropriate paperwork.
* Performs any other related miscellaneous duties assigned by Lead person.
* Will be required to train in other areas of the plant as required by the Skillblock program, which may include: Valve and Pump PM program.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation: Once the greeter has greeted the customer, prep the vehicle immediately to ensure a smooth workflow.
Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles as far to the front of the service drive as possible to maintain an organized and clutter-free area. Key control is paramount.
Vehicle Relocation: Move service vehicles to their designated locations, such as detail, service lot, shop, or tinting area. Record the spot number and place the key in its proper location (never in your pockets).
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained while in our care and practice safe driving techniques.
Vehicle Delivery: When the customer arrives for pick-up, ensure the vehicle is clean, free of indicator lights, and the radio and climate controls are set appropriately.
