WHAT WE NEED:
The Porter role is a full-time, non-exempt position that serves a community in the South Waterfront District. There is no parking provided but easy public transportation to the building.
The hours are Thursday through Monday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with 30 minutes for an unpaid lunch. These hours are subject to change based on the needs of our clients, and some overtime may be necessary, but not consistently required.
A candidate will provide janitorial services in the common areas to include: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sweeping, stainless steel polishing, cleaning restrooms, cleaning garbage/recycling areas, washing windows, leaf blowing, hosing down concrete areas, cleaning stairwells, litter patrol, light bulb changes and other tasks as needed

Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The Laundry & Environmental Services Aide is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
