Cast Members on the Housekeeping team are responsible for the overall cleaning and replenishing of amenities for all hotel Guest Rooms. Uses a powered (gas/electric) blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass, rocks and brush. Remove abandoned items and trash from units. Performs interior and exterior painting duties when requested, including daily graffiti removal. Completes minor and routine service requests when requested by the manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Occasionally assist in distributing resident communications to residents. Performs work area clean-up and safety-related duties. Maintains awareness of proper safety precautions at all times. Constantly observes the condition of apartment property throughout the community and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions. Ensures that storage areas always remain locked when not in use.
