Under the direction of the Repair Services Lead Mechanic the Porter will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: insect, test, and detail fusion equipment; clean vehicles, pick up parts, assist mechanics with repairs; and other duties as assigned. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured by the companies insurance carrier. You must also pass a 7 year background check, a 3 year motor vehicle check, and drug screening. Must be mechanically inclined. No experience is required, will train the right individual. This position is subject to passing the fusion certification course. This position may work around moving parts and in outside conditions that include heat, cold, humidity, and other weather conditions. The work environment may also include noise, dust, and vehicle fumes.
