Walk campus to ensure all areas meet 5S standards, report issues to the team/supervisor. Order all supplies and material for team as needed. Coordinate and oversee additional cleaning staff as needed for events/tours. Assist with employee requests/work orders as needed. Assist with other campus projects and tasks as needed. here's what we're looking for… Building maintenance experience is required; pressure washing experience is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24 hour operational business. Attention to detail, high level of organization, sense of urgency, and strong interpersonal skills.
