About the Role

Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards. Complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises while observing Auction driving rules, and rules of the road and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving principles.
Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by the supervisor or team leader, move vehicles as necessary, and locate "lost" vehicles.
Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed. Inflate tires and jump-start vehicles using a battery box and air tank if necessary. Notify the supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative; notify the Service or Gas Truck Driver when the vehicle is out of gas.
Assist customers (i.e., dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as needed.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

Repairs and replaces windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc. Performs routine maintenance on property as requested by the manager and senior maintenance technician.
Assists with various physical tasks as directed; e.g., tearing down fences, digging post holes, carrying abandoned sofas, liens, etc.
Assists with "make-ready" duties when requested by the manager or senior maintenance technician.
Helps clean and maintain storage and shop areas.
Performs interior and exterior painting duties when requested. Carries buckets of paint from storage area to work site.
Completes minor and routine service requests when requested by the manager and/or senior maintenance technician. Follow procedures when service requests are performed.
Changes locks, rekeys, and makes keys when directed.
Distributes resident communications to residents; e.g., upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters.
Performs work area clean-up and safety-related duties.
Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. Rakes, sweeps, shovels as circumstances warrant.
Performs any additional duties assigned by senior maintenance technician and manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
Work Hours:
40 hours per week if full-time or up to 25 hours if part-time. Weekly schedule may change as required. Weekends as circumstances warrant.
Equipment Requirement:
Required to wear back support belt, and gloves as tasks dictate.

In this role, you will clean and maintain the property to maintain a Class A condition. This position was established to provide support services to the building and reports to the Corporate Facilities Director.

Responsible for all basic cleaning, interior and exterior of the building.
Ensure that the appearance of the properties stay pristine while following the company's established standards and 5S method of organization.
Inspection and maintenance of exterior, including landscaping, parking lot, exterior building.
Pressure washing of exterior property including pavement and asphalt.
Assist with assigned engineering/facilities management/property management projects.
Perform routine inspections of building exterior and complete maintenance tasks such as repair of sprinkler heads, etc.
Electrical work including but not limited to: re-lamping, ballast replacement, resetting breakers as needed.
Perform general laborer work and miscellaneous tasks as needed and assigned by Facilities Manager or Property Manager.
Manage Trello (task) boards on a day-to-day basis.
Manage and coordinate vendors when onsite (POC, tasks and follow up), and place service calls to vendors as needed.
