Overview: The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests. Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up. This position helps keep the service department running smoothly by prepping vehicles with protective materials and moving them from the service drive to ensure that other customers are able to pull in for their service appointments. The Porter ensures that the customers' cars are vacuumed and run through the car wash in accordance with customer requests. May provide shuttle services for customers.
